Having joined the strata answers helpline I can find no information on the website as to how to start using it. Do I email you or phone you? Where on the website is the portal for sending an email question?

Hi Anabel, thanks for your query. As this is an automated program there is a bit of delay between ordering and the mail program sending out instructions. We are aware of this and having our web guy adjust the initial sign up welcome email to advise of this.
